Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) internship at Muffin Media is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The SDR intern will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social channels, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales and account teams.



Day-to-day responsibilities include researching prospective clinics and healthcare businesses, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and supporting follow-ups throughout the sales cycle. The intern will collaborate with marketing and business development colleagues to refine messaging, gather feedback from prospects, and help improve lead generation campaigns. This role offers hands-on exposure to inside sales processes, performance marketing clients, and data-driven growth strategies.
