What you will do
You will drive talent acquisition and HR operations from our Bengaluru office on a hybrid work schedule. Your responsibilities span managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, coordinating onboarding processes, and supporting employee relations.



You will collaborate closely with team leads to understand hiring needs and maintain smooth HR workflows.
What the role requires
You bring proven experience in talent acquisition and human resources within a technology-focused workplace. Strong communication skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools are essential for success in this role. You are comfortable managing a 45-hour workweek and navigating a 3-month probation period.
