About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Content Moderator. As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via chats and handle escalation cases.
Responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat professionally
• Providing product/service information to customers
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
Work Details:
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Weekly Off: Rotational weekly offs
• Shifts:
Rotational Shift
One way cab available (20km)
Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers and Graduates candidates can apply (all passing marksheets)

Compensation & Perks:
CTC: 19 CTC Per month (2.2LPA)
Take Home Salary: 15000 per month
Leave Policy:
No leave is applicable during the first 3 months of employment (probation period).
