ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive Sales and Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, manage client enquiries, develop industry relationships, and convert opportunities into projects across residential and workspace interiors.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, an understanding of the interior design or real estate industry, and the ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline. Existing industry connections and experience working with corporate clients will be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle incoming client calls and enquiries, understand project requirements, and qualify potential leads.




• Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with marketing and lead generation agencies to develop campaigns and generate qualified leads.
• Present Archesign’s services, design approach, and relevant residential and workspace projects to prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, prepare pitch presentations, follow up on proposals, and support deal closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision makers, real estate professionals, architects, consultants, and potential clients.
• Maintain CRM records, track enquiries, manage follow ups, and report on sales pipeline and conversion performance.
• Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial client discussions to project onboarding.
