Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, and other partners, and driving enrollment for WeLearn’s career guidance solutions.





The Business Development Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting meetings and presentations, maintaining an active pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance against growth targets. The role also requires regular reporting on business metrics, gathering market insights, and contributing to strategic initiatives that extend WeLearn’s reach and impact.
