At Glidr, we believe travel is about more than ticking off places. It’s about the experiences you have and the memories you bring home. We design curated, expert-planned trips that help people really explore a destination, not just follow a generic itinerary.
We’re a small, founder-led team. As an intern, you’ll work directly with our founders and see how a travel business runs, from the first enquiry to the moment a customer comes back with stories.
What you’ll do
Sales
• Respond to incoming travel enquiries on WhatsApp, calls and email
• Understand what each customer wants (budget, travel style, must-dos) and pass that on to the planning team
• Follow up on leads and help move them from enquiry to confirmed booking
• Keep lead and customer records up to date

Operations
• Help put together itineraries and quotes using Glidr’s templates
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and local partners to confirm bookings
• Prepare hotel vouchers and booking confirmations for customers
• Check in with travellers before and during their trips so everything runs smoothly





Who we’re looking for
• A student or recent graduate who loves travel and enjoys talking to people
• Clear, friendly communication in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus)
• Organised and detail-oriented, because one wrong date can upset a whole trip
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs and WhatsApp Business
• Takes ownership and isn’t afraid to ask questions
• Bonus: experience in sales, customer service or a travel company
