Position Overview

Capius Wealth Private Limited is a forward-thinking financial products distribution and wealth management firm based in Rajkot. We are looking for a tech-savvy, logically driven Operations Automation & CRM Systems Specialist to manage and scale our digital backend infrastructure.
As our core technology orchestrator, you will build and maintain a No-Code/Low-Code tech stack and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align lead generation with automated workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• CRM & Pipeline Architecture: Administer HubSpot CRM database logic, custom properties, risk profiling forms, and permissions.
• Workflow Automation & API Syncing: Connect webhooks, HubSpot, ChatGPT workspaces, and external messaging channels like Dots.
• Emerging Tech Deployment:



Implement low-code and AI tools for presentation generation, reporting templates, and lead rules.
• System Data Hygiene: Enforce data accuracy and privacy for client profiles and firm metrics.
• Marketing Analytics Aggregation: Maintain webhooks to pull marketing analytics into operational dashboards.

Candidate Profile

• Education: BCA, B.Sc. IT, Diploma in Computer/IT Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year; freshers with projects using APIs, webhooks, or visual logic are encouraged.
• Technical Aptitude: Understanding of database relationships, API structures, and logic.
• Key Traits: Logical problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
