This internship is designed for individuals who want practical exposure to human resources, talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR operations within a fast-growing media and marketing company. As an HR intern, you'll work closely with the recruitment team to identify talent, coordinate hiring processes, manage onboarding activities, and support HR operations while gaining real-world experience across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Assist the HR team with:
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Posting internship and full time job openings.
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements.
• Conducting initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Following up with shortlisted candidates.
• Building talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.

HR Operations
Support day-to-day HR functions, including:





• Preparing internship and offer letters.
• Coordinating onboarding documentation.
• Collecting employee and intern documents.
• Maintaining employee records and recruitment databases.
• Updating HR trackers and reports.
• Supporting attendance and onboarding processes.
• Assisting in HR documentation and administrative tasks.

Employer Branding
Help strengthen DigiChakra360's employer brand by:

• Creating and publishing job descriptions.
• Promoting hiring campaigns across LinkedIn and social media.
• Coordinating with colleges, placement cells, and student communities.
• Supporting internship drives and recruitment campaigns.
• Assisting with employer branding initiatives and career events.

HR Research & Process Improvement
• Research hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
• Identify new sourcing channels and hiring strategies.
• Analyze recruitment performance.
• Assist in improving recruitm
