About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation. This role is suitable for students and freshers interested in gaining practical exposure to human resources and talent acquisition.




Key Responsibilities• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Draft and publish internship and job descriptions.
• Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and internship documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate statuses.
• Support employee engagement, internal communication, and HR initiatives.
• Prepare basic HR reports and assist with day-to-day people operations.
