Designation: Manager - Business Development (Home Loans)

Location: Dehradun (Local candidates preferred)

Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage sales, channel distribution, or DSA management.

Role Description
The Manager - Business Development will be responsible for driving home loan business growth and expanding our lending footprint across Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, cultivate, and maintain strong strategic relationships with local builders, real estate developers, and property brokers.
• Proactively identify new customer segments and generate quality home loan leads.
• Conduct client meetings to understand borrower requirements and recommend tailored financing solutions.
• Manage end-to-end loan sourcing, documentation coordination, and partner network expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Education:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream.
• Experience: Strong track record in Home Loan sales, DSA network expansion, or builder relationship management.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and deep knowledge of the local Dehradun real estate market.
