Role Description The Presales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting City One’s projects and offerings in a clear and compelling manner. Day-to-day activities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting site visits, coordinating product presentations and demos, and supporting the sales team with accurate project information and documentation.



The Presales Executive will assist in preparing proposals and responses to client queries, maintain detailed records of leads and interactions in CRM tools, and collaborate with marketing and sales to convert qualified leads into opportunities. The role requires consistent follow-up, skilled communication, and a strong customer service focus throughout the presales cycle.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including identifying and qualifying potential customers through multiple channels.
