We are looking for ambitious and highly driven Regional Events Sales Manager to help build and scale our national exhibition business.

Key Responsibilities

Exhibition Sales & Revenue Generation
• Sell exhibition stalls to franchise brands, franchisors, business opportunity providers and relevant service companies.
• Generate sponsorship revenue from corporate partners and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and manage exhibitor acquisition campaigns.
• Meet and exceed exhibition revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.

Partnerships & Industry Networking
• Build strong relationships with franchise brands, industry associations,



consultants and media partners.
• Identify strategic partnerships to enhance visitor turnout and exhibitor participation.
• Represent FranchiseBazar and Sparkleminds at industry events and networking forums.

Team & Process Management
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and event performance reports.
• Support the recruitment and management of event sales executives as the exhibition business expands.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of experience in selling to franchisors in india, exhibition sales, trade shows, B2B events or related sectors.
• Proven track record in selling exhibition space and sponsorships.
• Strong network within the franchise, retail, startup, SME or exhibition ecosystem.
• Experience with franchise exhibitions, business expos or trade fairs will be highly preferred.
