Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will engage directly with customers in the studio and through outbound channels, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, presenting product features and perks, closing sales, and maintaining accurate sales records.



The role also involves coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, supporting merchandising and in-store displays, and participating in promotional events and campaigns. The Sales Specialist will help educate customers on product care and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
