Role Description
CODEINK is looking for a confident and self-motivated Sales Calling Executive to promote its training programs and develop recent business opportunities. The role involves reaching out to schools, colleges, and prospective students, explaining our programs, following up with interested prospects, and helping convert leads into enrollments and institutional partnerships.
This is a contract-based, commission-only opportunity for someone who is comfortable with sales calls, building relationships, and working towards conversion targets.



There is no fixed salary; earnings will be based on successful conversions as per the agreed commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective students, schools, and colleges.
• Introduce CODEINK’s courses and training programs to potential customers.
• Identify interested prospects and follow up regularly.
• Generate leads and help convert them into enrollments or business partnerships.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.

Qualifications
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining lead and call records.
