Position: Manager – GSA Operations (South India)
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities
• Principals & Target Management: Liaise directly with principals to align on strategy and drive the team to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Network & Relationship Building: Leverage established corporate and agency rapport across South India to expand business footprint.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional GSA operations team toward peak performance.
Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a similar field (GSA / Airline / Travel industry).
• Proven track record in target achievement and key account management.
• • Robust existing network with travel agencies and corporate clients in the South India region.
