NimbleFinCorp is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to work directly with our CEO to expand our client base across the US and UK.

NimbleFinCorp is an AI-augmented outsourced accounting firm. We support CPA firms, ACCA firms and business owners with bookkeeping, payroll, tax-prep support and Virtual CFO services.

What you’ll do
• Find and open conversations with CPA firms, accounting firms and business owners in the US and UK
• Run targeted outreach on LinkedIn
• Write winning proposals and bids on Upwork
• Build and grow our Fiverr presence
• Support our digital marketing, using AI tools to work faster and smarter
• Track leads, follow-ups and conversions, and report results weekly

What we’re looking for
• Excellent written and spoken English. You’ll speak with business owners and firm partners, so this matters to us more than anything else.
• Proven, hands-on experience in lead generation on LinkedIn, Upwork and/or Fiverr
• Comfort using AI tools for outreach, research and content
• Willingness to work US/UK hours consistently




• Self-driven and target-oriented. You measure your own work by meetings booked and clients closed.

Compensation
• Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated results
• Plus commission on every client you bring in that converts
• Strong performers will see their earnings grow with the business

Engagement
Monday to Saturday, remote, aligned to US/UK business hours. The role starts as a contract with transparent monthly targets. Consistent performers will be converted to a full-time role.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
