The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Consultant – Oracle Retail Merchandising System (ORMS)
to join our Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) team.
In this role, you will provide technical and functional support for Oracle Retail applications in production environments, including troubleshooting complex application issues, developing and customizing software code, testing and debugging enhancements, and maintaining technical documentation.
You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure application stability, resolve critical issues, and deliver high-quality support services.
In This Role, You'll:
• Take ownership of application incidents, including logging, investigating, troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving issues.
• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Retail applications in production environments.
• Develop, test, and debug application enhancements, customizations, and code modifications in accordance with established development standards.
