Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably from a product-based company or with solid experience handling product-based IT hiring. The candidate should independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders, and drive positions to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and product-based IT roles.
• Handle hiring for Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and other technology positions.
• Partner with hiring managers, technical interviewers, HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular recruitment updates,



and ensure timely feedback and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills, experience, role suitability, and compensation expectations.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• Build talent pipelines for niche and critical technology positions.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain recruitment reports, and ensure timely closure of requirements.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
