We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Surgeon to join our medical team, focusing on the surgical care of infants, children, and adolescents. Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients' families, explaining procedures, risks,



and recovery expectations with empathy and clarity.

• Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to deliver coordinated, holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.

Requirements

• Possess core medical knowledge specific to pediatric surgery and related subspecialties.

• Demonstrate robust interpersonal capabilities to build trust with young patients and their guardians.

• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills to manage complex schedules, surgical caseloads, and documentation.

• Have 0-1 year of relevant work experience in a clinical or surgical setting.
