Working closely with toolroom managers, production supervisors, and quality engineers, this role transforms CAD models and technical blueprints into precise, efficient G/-code and M/-code programs to manufacture high/-precision mechanical components, molds, dies, and fixtures. Key Skills/: Strong proficiency in CAM programming software Mastercam, PowerMill, NX CAM, SolidCAM, or Fusion 360 and 2D/3D CAD design tools. In/-depth expertise in VMC controller operations,



macro programming, and G/-code/M/-code troubleshooting Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Heidenhain, or Mitsubishi controllers. Solid command of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GD&T; principles, precision measuring instruments micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, CMM reports, and stack/-up tolerances. Comprehensive understanding of cutting tool geometry, tool life management, high/-speed machining HSM techniques, and material machinability index.
