Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership Coordination: Assist the Project Lead in defining the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Manage daily development processes, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines and high-quality standards.
- Team Management Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and continuous learning. Foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Technical Ownership: Take ownership of complex technical modules and deliver high-quality results. Lead the design, development, and architecture of .NET-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Client Communication Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely progress updates, managing expectations, and building long-term client relationships. Ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Risk Management Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks and technical issues,



implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track. Take ownership of resolving challenges that may arise during the development process.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to ensure effective workflows, quality delivery, and alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, structure, scalability, and maintainability. Promote and enforce best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with QA, business analysts, and other departments to ensure smooth integration, delivery of bug-free software, and functional solutions.
