Job Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis of rates to work as actual vs contractual for all order including plumbing, firefighting, electrical by actual measurement vs order records
- Handover to customer in full and error free flats as per sales requirement (priority list) and timeline.
- Deployment of vendor as per plan and schedule.
- Proper planning of required material for completion
- Proper deployment of labor on site
- Ensure smooth functioning of the project
- Coordination of drawings & details with architects & consultants
- Quality assurance and quality control
- Cost control, Budget, AOP, Milestone achievements
- Trouble shooting with local officials with local authorities etc.
- Interaction with all stake holders of projects.
- To ensure safety & EHS compliance at site.
- Employee development.
- Ability to manage and deal effectively with contractors.
- Lead team of engineers
- Provide a vision and concept to all the internal architects and consultant to ensure that the plans set do not have any errors which would constraint the working of the project





Work Experience
QUALIFICATION: Graduate Civil Engineer
EXPERIENCE: 18 to 20 years of experience including High Rise towers.

- Ability to adhere to processes and provide leadership through the depth of knowledge in a domain and process.
