Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Software Engineer – India to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise digital platforms. This role requires a technical-first leader who can provide architectural direction, hands-on technical guidance, and engineering leadership across a modern cloud-native technology stack.

The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Angular and frontend engineering, with the ability to mentor development teams, drive engineering excellence, and support large-scale modernization initiatives.



While people leadership is an important component of the role, technical depth, solution ownership, and technology leadership are the primary expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical vision, architectural guidance, and engineering best practices across application development initiatives.
• Lead solution design, technical reviews, and architecture discussions for scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Drive modernization efforts and adoption of contemporary engineering practices and technologies.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.

Software Engineering & Delivery

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using modern frontend and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery
