Role Description: Social Media Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join GradPilots and help us bring our ideas to life across social media. This is an onsite, flexible position from our office located in Chandigarh.
If you’re someone who can turn an idea into a valuable-looking post, make a reel that actually makes people stop scrolling, and knows that “just one more edit” usually means five more edits — we might be looking for you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Creating social media creatives, posts & stories
• Editing reels and short-form videos
• Assisting with social media management
• Brainstorming content ideas and keeping up with trends
• Experimenting with new video formats, trends & creative concepts
Who we’re looking for:
• Familiarity with designing, video editing & social media
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Edits or other editing tools
• Someone who understands Instagram & Youtube culture and current content trends
• A creative eye and willingness to experiment
• Good communication and a “let’s figure it out” attitude
• Prior experience or a portfolio is a plus, but not mandatory

Days: 6 days a week
