Job Summary

A Financial Spreading candidate with 8+years of experience and driving the product roadmap for lending domain products while gathering and translating business requirements into detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories. It focuses on conceptualizing features and end-to-end user journeys across the lending lifecycle, including credit appraisal and covenant management. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery, along with active participation in Agile processes. Additionally, it entails engaging with clients to understand needs, gather feedback, and leverage domain expertise to bridge business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support current product development initiatives focused on financial spreading, covenant monitoring, and credit memo generation for corporate and commercial lending.
• Enhance existing product capabilities across spreading, covenants, and credit memo generation by translating domain expertise into well-defined requirements and user stories




• Set up and conduct spreading demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for clients and internal stakeholders, showcasing product capabilities and gathering actionable feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery; participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
• Engage with clients and external stakeholders to understand spreading and credit workflow pain points, validate product concepts, and manage relationships across business and technical teams.
• Apply deep domain knowledge of corporate and commercial lending — including financial spreading, credit appraisal, covenant management, and memo generation — to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions

Core Competencies: -

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in financial spreading within corporate and commercial lending — either as a Credit Analyst or Risk Analyst in a ban
