• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.

• Drive customer acquisition, website traffic, conversions, and revenue through performance marketing campaigns.

• Monitor and optimise campaigns based on ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

• Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilisation of advertising spends.

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale successful campaigns.

• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, messaging, campaigns, and landing pages.

• Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and communication.

• Collaborate with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to optimise the customer journey and conversion funnel.

• Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

• Monitor audience behaviour, campaign trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.





• Assist in developing and optimising marketing funnels and landing pages for better conversion.

• Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, platform updates, tools, and digital marketing practices.

• Support the team in achieving monthly acquisition, revenue, and performance targets.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media / Digital Marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, campaign optimisation, and digital marketing funnels.

• Experience in managing and optimising advertising budgets.

• Good understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.

• Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation.
