What You’ll Be Part Of

As an SAP BTP Integration Engineering Manager, you will be a hands-on technology leader responsible for modernizing and scaling enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems. You will define the integration strategy while actively designing and delivering solutions using SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and API Management, as well as leading and mentoring a team of developers. You will establish reusable integration patterns and architectures that enable secure, scalable, and standardized connectivity, reduce technical debt,



and support event-driven architectures. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership with hands-on engineering, driving standardization, developing talent, and improving operational excellence through effective KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration initiatives from discovery through operations, ensuring successful implementation and support.
