This is not a reporting seat or an execution-only role. You will own the advertising performance of your accounts end-to-end - strategy, targets, and outcomes - and act as the eyes and ears of the ads function on the ground. That means proactively surfacing risks, opportunities, and optimization calls before the team or leadership have to ask, and translating what the data is telling us into decisions and action.
You will work side-by-side with the Marketplaces Advertising Lead, supporting them to deliver against team-level commercial targets while running your own book of accounts with growing autonomy. You will be hands-on across Amazon Ads, and equally comfortable explaining a performance story to the team as you are inside a bid management interface. This is a role for someone who wants to go deep on Amazon advertising and has the curiosity to keep expanding what they know.

Account Ownership & Strategy Leadership
•
• Own the advertising performance of a portfolio of brand accounts - you are accountable for results against agreed commercial targets (revenue, ROAS,
TACoS, current-to-brand, share of voice)
• Build quarterly and monthly advertising strategies for each account, aligned to commercial goals - growth, profitability, launches, defence, and category share
• Prepare and present performance reviews internally, including to the Marketplaces Advertising Lead - own the narrative on what happened, why, what we are doing next, and what to expect
• Be the eyes and ears of the ads function - proactively flag what is working, what is at risk, and what to do about it, ahead of anyone asking
• Partner with the Marketplaces Advertising Lead to hit portfolio-level targets; raise pacing, performance, and budget risks early and bring the recommended call, not just the problem
Campaign Strategy & Optimisation
•
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for your accounts
