We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our business development
initiatives for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services. The ideal candidate will have a robust B2B
sales background, particularly in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors, with a track record of
achieving sales targets and building enduring client relationships.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for PMC services in targeted sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with developers, builders, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and client acquisition goals.
- Prepare and present tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals with a focus on profitability.
- Conduct regular market research to track industry trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and sales records using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership.
