Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Legal Executive to support the Legal Department in handling day-to-day legal matters, documentation, agreements, and property-related legal activities.

Candidates with Corporate Real Estate / Real Estate / Construction experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, notices, and legal documents.

Handle real estate/property documentation and assist with legal due diligence.

Conduct legal research and support in identifying legal risks.

Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams.

Maintain records of agreements, property documents, litigation, and legal notices.

Fetch and verify 7/12 extracts and other property-related documents through online government portals.





Assist the senior legal team in day-to-day legal matters and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

LL.B. / Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in Corporate Real Estate, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Property Development will be preferred.

Good knowledge of legal documentation, contracts, agreements, and property-related matters.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.

Should be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
