About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and people-oriented Junior HR professional to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role will focus on employee onboarding, employee engagement, recognition, performance reviews, HRIS administration and HR processes, with a strong emphasis on using Zoho People and any other HR technology to ensure an effective and positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end onboarding, induction, probation and exit processes, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.

• Manage and maintain employee onboarding activities in Zoho People, ensuring employee records, documents, checklists and workflows are completed accurately and on time.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation and personnel files in Zoho People and other HR systems.

• Support the administration and execution of the organisation's employee recognition programme, including nominations, approvals, communications and maintaining accurate records.

• Coordinate employee engagement,



wellbeing and team-building activities.

• Assist with performance review cycles, including scheduling, communication, documentation and follow-up actions.

• Assist with the administration and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees have access to current policies and understand relevant processes.

• Support pre-joining and employee lifecycle activities in coordination with the recruitment and HR teams.

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes through effective use of Zoho People and other HR technology.

Requirements
​Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.

• Comfortable working with HRMS platforms, preferably Zoho People.

• Good understanding of employee onboarding, HR documentation and HR processes.

• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
