About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Client

Support Resource. This role is crucial for providing frontline support to customer and

payees using our clients platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for

resolving basic administrative and usability issues and contributing to the overall

efficiency of the support team. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and

skill development in the client support domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary frontline support for basic customer inquiries related to

the client platform.

• Manage and resolve login and account issues, including password resets and

account access for both clients and payees.

• Assist users with administrative tasks, such as adding or removing users from

the platform.

• Answer simple usability questions, such as guiding users on where to locate

and run reports.

• Handle direct customer interactions exclusively via email, utilizing standard

responses for frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in a customer service environment, in an email support

capacity.

• Possess good analytical skills, with a desire and capacity to grow into a more

senior role over time.

• Excellent written communication skills for professional and clear customer

interactions via email.

• Strong problem-solving ability to efficiently address basic user and account

issues.

• Experience with Zendesk or a similar customer support platform.

• Proven ability to quickly learn and master current digital platforms and tools.

Work Hours and Schedule:

• Flexibility is required to provide a two-to-three-hour daily overlap with Pacific

Time (PT) hours.

- Initial Training Period: Availability is required until approximately 11:00

AM/12:00 PM PT.

- Post-Training: Overlap hours can be reduced, with availability shifting

to approximately 9:00 AM/10:00 AM PT.
