Role & responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers across automotive, manufacturing, fabrication and metalworking industries.
- Promote 3M abrasives, including grinding wheels, cutting discs, sanding belts, abrasive rolls and surface finishing products.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable abrasive solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and trials.
- Build relationships with purchase, production, maintenance and quality teams.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Achieve sales targets and develop current business opportunities.
- Provide product application support and coordinate with technical teams.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales reports, follow up on enquiries and ensure timely payments.
