Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance and administration functions of the company. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliations, and Zoho Books software.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle GST-related accounting and documentation, including preparation of data for GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related records.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.




- Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist in preparing data and documents required for statutory audits and internal audits.
- Support the senior accounts team in other accounting and finance-related activities as required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience in Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of invoicing and accounting entries.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
