Job Description: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Speak with potential clients, understand their needs, and explain Stop Stammer’s programs and courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Maintain lead records, sales reports, and daily Excel sheets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, assign leads, and track team performance.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the counselling and training teams.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in sales, lead management, and team handling.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
- Responsible, organized, and target-oriented.
