We are looking for motivated and target-oriented AR Callers to join our Healthcare RCM team. The selected candidates will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, resolving claim denials and payment issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement from US healthcare insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with US healthcare insurance companies regarding outstanding and unpaid medical claims.
- Check claim status, payment details, denial reasons, and pending requirements.
- Investigate denials, underpayments, rejections, and delayed payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls, payer responses, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor outstanding claims and take appropriate steps to reduce AR ageing.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.




- Adhere to HIPAA requirements, client guidelines, and company data security policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1 to 6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM or AR Calling.
- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance follow-ups, and claim denials.
- Good verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
