About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to join our SAP practice. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Replication, Validation, Data Modeling, Workflow Configuration, Business Rules, and Master Data Management. Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, and support engagements is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Implement and support SAP MDG solutions for enterprise master data management.
2. Design, configure, and maintain MDG data models for Customer, Vendor, Material, Business Partner, and Financial master data.
3. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to master data governance.
4. Configure MDG workflows, validations, derivations, and business rules.
5. Establish data governance processes, standards, and approval workflows.
6. Configure replication frameworks and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
7. Monitor and improve master data quality across business domains.
8. Collaborate with business users to define governance policies and controls.
9. Support data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization initiatives.
10. Work on data replication and synchronization activities across landscapes.
11. Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing,



and production support activities.
12. Troubleshoot master data issues and perform root cause analysis.
13. Prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams.
14. Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.
15. Ensure compliance with organizational data governance standards.
16. Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Qualifications

1. B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or Post Graduate qualification.
2. Minimum 2 years of SAP MDG experience for JL4 roles.
3. Minimum 5 years of SAP MDG experience for JL5 roles.
4. Minimum 9 years of SAP MDG experience for JL6 roles.
5. Strong understanding of Master Data Management and Data Governance processes.
