Position : Instructional Designer
Location : Bengaluru (Near KR Puram area)

Job Role:

1. Convert the current training content slides into interactive E-learning modules. (this will help for self learning, and when the LMS is launched we can upload these contents there).
2. Create bite-sized microlearning videos on key topics and Application specific videos.
3. Create scenario-based learning modules that will help our sales teams understand product features, USPs, specification, etc.
4. The product sales guides and product catalogs (made my MKT team and coated PMG team) can be converted into micro learning videos or image nuggets instead of keeping them in PPT.

Design learning journeys by converting normal PPT content learning journeys(videos, articles, knowledge nuggets etc) and hosting them on the LMS.

- Experience in Instructional Design and multimedia production.
- Understands adult learning principles and Instructional design theories and models.
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia).
- Expertise in E-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Experience in story boarding.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 3-6 years of experience as Instructional Designer to work for LMS
