Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.

- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage bulk hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding recent employees.

- Conduct phone screens and shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility criteria.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes including bulk hiring and staffing.

- Excellent coordination skills for scheduling interviews and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Ability to source high-quality candidates through effective screening techniques (phone/video) interviews.
