About the Role
ESCON Gensets is looking for Project Site Engineers to manage the installation, commissioning and execution of DG sets, acoustic enclosures and industrial equipment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site installation, erection, commissioning and testing.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, structural and fabrication activities.
- Manage contractors, technicians, vendors and site teams.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and project layouts.
- Monitor project progress, material availability, quality and timelines.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection checklists and handover documents.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards, PPE and HSE guidelines.
- Coordinate with project managers and design teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site execution, installation or commissioning.
- Experience in DG sets, gensets, acoustic enclosures, HVAC, industrial equipment or fabrication projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical components, electrical coordination and technical drawings.
- Positive coordination, troubleshooting and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
