Job Summary

Alladi Cloud Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.

* Conduct initial HR screening and maintain recruitment trackers.

* Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave, LOP, and salary inputs.

* Handle employee onboarding, documentation, HR letters, and employee records.

* Support appraisals, promotions, employee engagement,



and exit formalities.

* Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain confidential employee records.

### Requirements

* Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 4 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Payroll, or HR Operations.

* Good knowledge of *Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management.

* Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

* Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
