Role & responsibilities

We are a US-headquartered healthcare company with 300+ employees across India, expanding our Guntur team. We are hiring Customer Service Executives for US Healthcare Multinational BPO (Voice & Chat).

- Handle inbound, outbound calls and chats.
- Resolve queries accurately and escalate when needed
- Meet quality and compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile

- Any graduate (mandatory)
- 0[6] years of experience; BPO, call centre or chat support experience preferred, and freshers with robust English are welcome
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and a neutral accent. This is non-negotiable.
- Strong grammar and spelling, typing speed for chat support
- Candidates from Guntur, Vijayawada and nearby areas preferred
- Interview process: HR round Versant/English assessment Operations round
