Lead end-to-end execution of residential and commercial construction projects.
* Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and site execution.
* Supervise civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure works as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
* Monitor project progress, labour productivity, material procurement, and cost efficiency.
* Ensure construction quality, site safety, and adherence to project timelines.
* Resolve technical and site-level execution challenges.
* Manage contractor billing, BOQs, project MIS, and progress reporting.
* Ensure statutory compliance, quality inspections, snag resolution, and project handover.
