Job Title: SAP Ariba Lead Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Relevant Experience:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contract Management modules.
- Strong functional knowledge of Procurement & Invoice Processing.
- Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system.
- SFIA Level: SFIA 5.

Skilled Certifications:

- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Ariba Procurement
- SAP Ariba Integration Certification (CIG or API-based)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Oracle EBS Financials Cloud Certification (optional but valuable)

Role-Specific Skills:

- Strong expertise in SAP Ariba modules
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Competence in logical reasoning
- Ability to partner with clients on process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:





- Oversee sub-function/team activities and manage Senior Analysts.
- Lead client coordination, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Align resources based on client business requirements and ensure effective shift planning.
- Monitor process KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Lead tri-party governance and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Review small change requests, estimate effort, seek client approval, and drive implementation post-approval.
- Support transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Team Handling:

- Responsible for supervising and guiding Senior Analysts.
- Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with client stakeholders.
