Key Responsibilities:

1. Bank Liaison Loan Processing

- Coordinate regularly with bank officials and branches for smooth movement of customer loan files.

- Follow up on loan applications from submission to approval and final disbursement.

- Track pending files, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution with bank officials.

- Coordinate with dealers, salespersons, and internal teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation.

- Ensure required documents are submitted at local and branch levels within defined TATs.

- Maintain records of file submissions, acknowledgements, pending actions, approvals, and disbursements.

2. Field Customer Coordination

- Conduct regular field visits with dealers/salespersons to understand loan-processing challenges and resolve operational issues.

- Support customer KYC, loan documentation, and other financing-related formalities through dealers/salespersons.

- Share updated bank documentation requirements, fee structures, processes, and TATs with relevant teams.

- Escalate critical delays and unresolved cases to the District Head / Sales Head.

3. Reporting Process Tracking

- Track loan application status and ensure timely updates across LSQ/other platforms.





- Maintain accurate MIS and dashboards for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.

- Monitor customer TAT across financing milestones and highlight deviations.

- Provide regular updates on pending cases, bottlenecks, and corrective actions.

4. Sales Operations Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Installation, and other internal teams to ensure smooth movement of customer orders.

- Ensure all relevant customer and order-stage updates are accurately captured in LSQ/other platforms.

- Support resolution of operational issues impacting loan approval or disbursement.
