Requirement for CHAT Process
C1 proficiency, Experienced profiles preferred
Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Chat Support
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with positive accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage dual chat concurrency (2 chats simultaneously)
- Strong customer handling and multitasking skills
- Graduation is not mandatory
Requirement for Claims Process
- B2 proficiency, Experienced profiles preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Freshers are also eligilble
- Graduation is not mandatory
Immediate joiners preferred
- Salary Package 3 LPA TO 5 LPA
- BOTH-SIDE CAB SERVICE
