Education & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, or related Engineering field.
- 810 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations.

Job Purpose:

The Production Manager will be responsible for end-to-end production and manufacturing operations of the plant, managing multiple production lines, manpower, machines, processes, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.

The role requires strong leadership and operational control to ensure that the plant achieves its production targets safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and as per required quality standards and customer delivery commitments.

The Production Manager will coordinate closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, Engineering, HR, EHS and Dispatch/Logistics to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
