Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall manufacturing operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Manage maintenance operations to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to plastic injection molding, paint shop, electroplating, etc.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements :
- 20-30 years of experience in automobile industry with expertise in manufacturing management.
- Solid knowledge of plant operations including plastic injection molding, paint shop, electroplating, etc.
- Proven track record in managing maintenance operations to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
