They should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to rapidly design, build, and deploy innovative solutions that create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

- Partner directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end enterprise applications using .NET, Angular, Databricks, SQL, and Applied AI technologies.
- Build and enhance AI-powered applications by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI capabilities, and intelligent automation into business workflows.
- Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services using contemporary .NET frameworks.
- Create responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular and contemporary front-end development practices.
- Design and optimize data pipelines, data models, and analytical workloads within Databricks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy solutions in production environments.
- Troubleshoot complex application, data, and integration issues while ensuring high availability and performance.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Drive best practices in software engineering, DevOps, security,



testing, and continuous delivery.

Must-Have Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack application development.
- Strong experience with:
- C# and .NET Core/.NET 8
- Angular (v14+)
- Microsoft SQL Server / SQL Development
- Azure Databricks
- Generative AI solutions
- Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with Applied AI, including:
- Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Prompt engineering
- AI application integration
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts
- Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics workloads using Databricks.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, API Management).
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle and MLOps practices.
- Experience with Spark, PySpark, or Delta Lake.
- Exposure to data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
- Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
- Experience working in consulting, client-facing, or forward-deployed engineering environments.
