About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to manage receivables, sales reconciliation, inventory accounting, GST compliance, and financial reporting.

The role involves working with Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Amazon, along with institutional clients, including airlines and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales reconciliation and payment settlements across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Verify deductions, credit notes, commissions, promotional charges, and damaged stock claims.
- Handle institutional billing, invoice matching, payment follow-ups, and collections.
- Monitor inventory, COGS, stock discrepancies, and manufacturing wastage.
- Manage GST filings, GSTR reconciliations, TDS/TCS, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports covering revenue, gross margins, and working capital.
- Manage vendor payments, cash flow tracking,



and monthly financial closures.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Requirements

- CA / Inter-CA / M.Com with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, food & beverage manufacturing, retail, or distribution.
- Hands-on experience with Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, collections, GST, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and automated reconciliation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
